What counts, and what doesn't.
A raw page counts as 1. An image-only page that required OCR counts as 2, it costs more to process. Pages that were already OCRed by an attorney who referred the matter to a physician are not re-billed on the physician side.
Attorneys: your first matter is free at any tier, up to that tier's page cap. Physicians: your first 2 attorney-referred matters are free, with all exports billed at standard rates. Page overage and add-ons are billed at normal rates during free matters.
No. The discount is applied to the base matter fee and additional-claim fees only, the parts you're choosing to incur. Page overage and add-ons stay at list price.
The attorney has already paid for ingesting and OCR'ing the record. When the matter hand-off occurs, the physician gets free access to the full triaged record and chronology — there is no referral fee. The physician only pays when they produce a deliverable: Triage Summary ($79), Causation Analysis ($349), IME Report ($599), or Life Care Plan ($999).
No per-seat, no monthly minimums, no annual commits. You pay when you open a matter, period. Enterprise contracts are available for firms wanting volume commits in exchange for further discounts.
